Responsible for helping define, develop, and maintain a robust & unique social media presence while also driving the overall creative quality & output of the brand. Partner with the Director of Marketing to evolve and execute the brand voice & personality and deliver content that runs on core social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Lead the Creative Team and drive the creative process from concept to execution, inclusive of visual design, copy, and calls to action while taking platform nuances into account for optimal performance. Develop the content that will also flow into other key digital channels including the website, Amazon storefront, email, and DK’s mobile apps.
Direct and lead the Marketing and Design Department through all media channels, including but not limited to packaging, social media, videography, web design, and UI/UX design. Providing guidance and creative inspiration across all company wide advertising and marketing campaigns. Partnering directly with the VP and CEO to launch new products and implement the creative vision of the brand.
Manage the companies website for content and creative using Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, and other platforms.

Responsible for managing a team of creatives across Marketing, Design, and Photography. Direct the design, development, and production of advertising and marketing campaigns for the companies inhouse brands.
Manage the design of the companies social media pages, catalog design, packaging, collateral, marketing, and product photography. Strategically plan and creatively direct product and lifestyle photo shoots on location and in studio.
Provide our graphics/marketing team with guidance and ideas to launch new products and implement the season’s creative vision through print and digital, while staying on brand and on budget. Develop creative marketing plans: providing direction, planning, and monitoring the progress with weekly touchbases and reporting.

Managed the design and development of packaging, collateral and marketing materials for private and licensed brands in hardlines, softlines and footwear. Worked directly with Brand Management team to ensure brand consistency through various applications.
Developed enhanced brand marketing campaigns resulting in increased sales. Partnered with Product Development and Merchandising teams to develop comprehensive brand pieces from product displays to online web banners.
Managed communication with print vendors in order to source, sample and produce packaging, collateral and marketing materials internationally and domestically. Strategically planned and creatively art directed product and lifestyle photo shoots for packaging, signage and various marketing materials.
